Synovial Sarcoma
Synovial sarcoma is a rare cancer of the soft tissues. It most often appears near large joints of the arms or legs, but it can occur elsewhere in the body, and it often affects teenagers and younger adults. Despite its name, it does not start in the joint lining. Treatment usually involves surgery, often with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and new targeted therapies are being studied.

How many clinical trials are available for Synovial Sarcoma?
RareWays currently indexes 95 clinical trials for Synovial Sarcoma, of which 23 are actively recruiting. These counts cover indexed trials across countries, not just your country. An Australian site does not necessarily mean that site is recruiting. Check locations, eligibility and current availability with the study team.
Where does the research data for Synovial Sarcoma come from?
RareWays aggregates research from PubMed, Europe PMC, OpenAlex, and ClinicalTrials.gov. Data is refreshed automatically every day. All articles and trials link directly to their original sources.
